DomainController.FindOne Method (DirectoryContext)

Finds a single domain controller in the specified context.

Parameters

context
Type: System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.DirectoryContext

A DirectoryContext object that contains the target and credentials to use for the search.

Return Value

Type: System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.DomainController
A DomainController object that represents the domain controller that was found by the search.
ExceptionCondition
ActiveDirectoryObjectNotFoundException

No domain controller was found.

ArgumentNullException

context is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
