Renew your account

May 03, 2013

Here’s some Windows Phone Dev Center account info you should keep in mind.

In most cases, your Dev Center account will be auto-renewed after the one-year subscription period expires.

If we aren’t able to auto-renew your account, you’ll receive an email as well as an alert on the Account Summary page with instructions to renew your subscription. We recommend that you renew your account within 30 days of the expiration date. Otherwise your account will be cancelled and all your apps will be unpublished from the Windows Phone Store. You can find the expiration date on the Dev Center Account Summary page.

Once a Dev Center account is successfully registered, the one-year subscription fee can’t be refunded. To avoid future billing, you can opt out of auto-renewing, as long as it’s before the expiration of the one-year subscription period. You can cancel your Dev Center subscription by going to http://billing.microsoft.com or contact us through Dev Center support.

If your Dev Center account has been suspended, contact us through Dev Center support.
