MouseDelta structure

Identifies the change in screen location of the mouse pointer, relative to the location of the last mouse event.

The MouseDelta structure has these fields.

X \| x	Number [JavaScript]System.Int32 [.NET] \| int32 [C++] \|	The x-coordinate of the mouse pointer, relative to the location of the last mouse event.
Y \| y	Number [JavaScript]System.Int32 [.NET] \| int32 [C++] \|	The y-coordinate of the mouse pointer, relative to the location of the last mouse event.

This API is not implemented and will throw an exception if called.
