IQueryAmbient.IsAmbientPropertyAvailable Method

Queries for whether a specified named property can be considered ambient in the current scope.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Markup
Assembly:  System.Xaml (in System.Xaml.dll)
bool IsAmbientPropertyAvailable(
	string propertyName
)

Parameters

propertyName
Type: System.String
The name of the property to check for ambience state.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the requested property can be considered ambient; otherwise, false.

Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
