Gets a collection of objects that can be attributes or configuration element objects of this configuration element.

Type: System.Configuration.ConfigurationPropertyCollection
Returns a ConfigurationPropertyCollection that contains a collection of ConfigurationProperty objects that can be attributes or ConfigurationElement objects on this configuration element.

Properties, also called the property bag, contains all the properties (attributes) that apply to the current configuration element.
