SQL Reporting

Microsoft Azure SQL Reporting service is officially discontinued.

As of October 31 2014, the service no longer appears in the Azure management portal and cannot be accessed programmatically. Please see the SQL Reporting Sunset FAQ to learn about alternative solutions and how to retrieve application data.

Only the Azure cloud implementation of SQL Reporting is discontinued. All other forms of Reporting Services technology are unaffected. SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), an integral part of the SQL Server product release, remains Microsoft's enterprise reporting platform for on premises installations, as well as on virtual machines on your network or in Azure. Similarly, Power View reporting in SharePoint, Office 2013, and Office 365 is also unaffected by the discontinuation of the SQL Reporting service in Azure.
