Vertical Pairing Logo Test
This manual test verifies a device against the Vertical Pairing requirement.

Running the test
Before you run the test, complete the test setup as described in the test requirements: USB Device.Connectivity Testing Prerequisites.
In addition, this test requires a Wi-Fi network card that supports SoftAP (for example, D-Link WDA-1320 desktop adapter) on the test computer.
Before you run this test, do the following:
Make sure that the hosted network is running and the test computer is connected to it.
Make sure that network discovery is enabled on the test computer.
Put the test device in provisioning mode.
To run this test:
On the Selection tab select a device (any device), right click and select Add-modify features.
Select Device.Connectivity.Network.VerticalPairing.
On the Tests tab, schedule the Vertical Pairing Logo Test, filling in the parameters at schedule time.
Parameter Description WCNID
The WCN device uuid (ie “{8fd24345-6000-3e8a-84b7-931ffcbf8fd2}”)
DevicePin
The pairing code for the device
UPnP
Should the device support UPnP™? (“Required” or “NotRequired”)
WSD
Should the device support WSD? (“Required” or “NotRequired”)
WinQualID
WinQual Id
UnPairDevice
Unpair device on exit? (“True” or “False”)
