Note for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users: By default, the functionality of this .chm extension file is blocked until you select Unblock in the properties field. To unblock the .chm file:
Make sure the .chm file is closed, and in Windows Explorer, right-click the .chm file, and click Properties.
To the right of the Security section, click Unblock.
