Specifications and Tools: Windows Rally
To view Windows Rally technology details, device engineers and software developers can download the Windows Rally specifications. You must accept the related license for each specification. The Windows Connect Now (WCN) and Devices Profile for Web Services (DPWS) specifications are provided under the Microsoft Open Specification Promise. The Plug and Play Extensions (PnP X) and Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) specifications are licensed through the Microsoft Windows Rally Component License Agreement.
Microsoft Windows Rally Development Kit: To assist you in implementing the Windows Rally technologies that you have licensed from Microsoft under the terms of the Microsoft Windows Rally Component License Agreement, sample source code and other related materials are provided through the Windows Rally Development Kit. This kit is licensed via a click-through End User License Agreement, a copy of which is provided for review at Windows Rally Development Kit License Agreement.
