ScsiPortReadPortUchar function (srb.h)

The ScsiPortReadPortUchar routine reads an unsigned byte value from the HBA.

Note  The SCSI port driver and SCSI miniport driver models may be altered or unavailable in the future. Instead, we recommend using the Storport driver and Storport miniport driver models.
 

Syntax

SCSIPORT_API UCHAR ScsiPortReadPortUchar(
  [in] PUCHAR Port
);

Parameters

[in] Port

Pointer to the I/O port. The given Port must be in a mapped I/O-space range returned by ScsiPortGetDeviceBase.

Return value

ScsiPortReadPortUchar returns an unsigned byte from the HBA's I/O port.

Remarks

ScsiPortReadPortUchar ensures that the data is transferred correctly.
