HttpRequestHeaderCollection.Lookup | lookup method

Lookup an item in the HttpRequestHeaderCollection.

Syntax


var string = httpRequestHeaderCollection.lookup(key);

Parameters

key

Type: String [JavaScript] | Platform::String [C++]

The key of the item to lookup.

Return value

Type: String [JavaScript] | Platform::String [C++]

The value of the item if found.

Remarks

Use the HasKey method to determine whether the key exists in the HttpRequestHeaderCollection.

When building Windows Store apps with the Microsoft .NET Framework, this method is hidden and developers should use the System.Collections.Generic.IDictionary<K,V> interface.
