Retrieves an iterator to the first HttpLanguageRangeWithQualityHeaderValue item in the collection.

This method has no parameters.

Return value

Type: IIterator<HttpLanguageRangeWithQualityHeaderValue>

An object that can be used to enumerate the HttpLanguageRangeWithQualityHeaderValue items in the collection. The iterator points to the first HttpLanguageRangeWithQualityHeaderValue item in the HttpLanguageRangeWithQualityHeaderValueCollection.
