VideoDeviceController.TrySetPowerlineFrequency | trySetPowerlineFrequency method

Applies to Windows and Windows Phone

Sets the local power line frequency.

Syntax


var boolean = videoDeviceController.trySetPowerlineFrequency(value);

Parameters

value

Type: PowerlineFrequency

The power line frequency.

Return value

Type: Boolean [JavaScript] | System.Boolean [.NET] | Platform::Boolean [C++]

Returns true if the method succeeded, or false otherwise.

Remarks

You can use this method if the camera supports anti-flicker processing for fluorescent lights.
