DataGridView.AutoSizeColumnModeChanged Event

Occurs when the value of the AutoSizeMode property of a column changes.

Namespace: System.Windows.Forms
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in system.windows.forms.dll)

public event DataGridViewAutoSizeColumnModeEventHandler AutoSizeColumnModeChanged
/** @event */
public void add_AutoSizeColumnModeChanged (DataGridViewAutoSizeColumnModeEventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_AutoSizeColumnModeChanged (DataGridViewAutoSizeColumnModeEventHandler value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
Not applicable.

For more information about handling events, see Consuming Events.

The following code example illustrates the use of this event. This example is part of a larger example available in How to: Manipulate Columns in the Windows Forms DataGridView Control.

// Updated the criteria label.
private void dataGridView_AutoSizeColumnModeChanged(object sender,
    DataGridViewAutoSizeColumnModeEventArgs args)
{
    args.Column.DataGridView.Parent.
        Controls["flowlayoutpanel"].Controls[criteriaLabel].
        Text = criteriaLabel
        + args.Column.AutoSizeMode.ToString();
}
