XMVector3Dot method

Computes the dot product between 3D vectors.

Syntax


XMVECTOR XMVector3Dot(
  [in]  XMVECTOR V1,
  [in]  XMVECTOR V2
);

Parameters

V1 [in]

3D vector.

V2 [in]

3D vector.

Return value

Returns a vector. The dot product between V1 and V2 is replicated into each component.
