Texture2DMS

Texture2DMS type (as it exists in Shader Model 4) plus resource variables.

GetDimensions Gets the resource dimensions.
GetSamplePosition Samples a texture and returns all four components.
Load Gets one value.
sample.Operator[][] Gets a read-only resource variable.
