IFsrmActionEmail2::MailSubject property

[This property is supported for compatibility but it's recommended to use the FSRM WMI Classes to manage FSRM. Please see the MSFT_FSRMAction, MSFT_FSRMFMJAction, and MSFT_FSRMFMJNotificationAction classes.]

Retrieves or sets the subject of the email that is sent when this action generates email.

This property is read/write.

Syntax


HRESULT put_MailSubject(
  [in]   BSTR mailSubject
);

HRESULT get_MailSubject(
  [out]  BSTR *mailSubject
);

Property value

The subject of the email that is sent when this action generates email. The string is limited to 4,000 characters.

Error codes

The method returns the following return values.

NameMeaning
S_OK

Success.

E_INVALIDARG

The mailSubject parameter is NULL or empty.

FSRM_E_OUT_OF_RANGE

The subject is too long.
