ID3DXConstantTable::SetValue method

Sets the contents of the buffer to the constant table.

Syntax

  [in]  LPDIRECT3DDEVICE9 pDevice,
  [in]  D3DXHANDLE hConstant,
  [in]  LPCVOID pData,
  [in]  UINT Bytes
);

Parameters

pDevice [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DDEVICE9

Pointer to an IDirect3DDevice9 interface, representing the device associated with the constant table.

hConstant [in]

Type: D3DXHANDLE

Unique identifier to a constant. See D3DXHANDLE.

pData [in]

Type: LPCVOID

Buffer containing data.

Bytes [in]

Type: UINT

Size of the buffer, in bytes.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK. If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
