CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation class

The CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation class represents an association between a service access point (SAP) and how it is implemented in software. A SAP can be provided by more than one software feature to operate in conjunction with one another. Additionally, a software feature can provide more than one SAP. When many software features are associated with a single SAP, it is assumed that the elements operate in conjunction to provide the access point. If different implementations of a SAP exist, each implementation would result in individual instantiations of the SAP object. Individual instantiations would then have associations to the unique implementations.

Important  The DMTF (Distributed Management Task Force) CIM (Common Information Model) classes are the parent classes upon which WMI classes are built. WMI currently supports only the CIM 2.x version schemas.

The following syntax is simplified from Managed Object Format (MOF) code and includes all of its inherited properties. Properties are listed in alphabetic order, not MOF order.

class CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation : CIM_Dependency
  CIM_SoftwareFeature    REF Antecedent;
  CIM_ServiceAccessPoint REF Dependent;

The CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation class has these types of members:

The CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation class has these properties.

Data type: CIM_SoftwareFeature
Access type: Read-only

Reference to the antecedent software feature. This property is inherited from CIM_Dependency.

Data type: CIM_ServiceAccessPoint
Access type: Read-only

Reference to the dependent SAP. This property is inherited from CIM_Dependency.

The CIM_SoftwareFeatureSAPImplementation class is derived from CIM_Dependency.

WMI does not implement this class.

This documentation is derived from the CIM class descriptions published by the DMTF. Microsoft may have made changes to correct minor errors, conform to Microsoft SDK documentation standards, or provide more information.
