Computes the arcsine of a floating-point number.

Syntax


float XMScalarASin(
  [in]  float Value
);

Parameters

Value [in]

float value between -1.0f and 1.0f.

Return value

Returns the inverse sine of Value.

Remarks

This function uses a 7-degree minimax approximation.
