Control.Foreground property

Gets or sets a brush that describes the foreground color.

Syntax

XAML Values

singleBrush

Within opening and closing property elements for object.Foreground, exactly one object element for an object that derives from Brush. The object element is typically one of these classes: LinearGradientBrush, ImageBrush, SolidColorBrush.

colorString

The Color for a SolidColorBrush, expressed as an attribute string. This can be a named color, an RGB value, or an ScRGB value. RGB or ScRGB may also specify alpha information. See Color.

Property value

Type: Brush

The brush that paints the foreground of the control. The default value is a SolidColorBrush with color of Black.
