Causes the gesture recognizer to finalize an interaction.

gestureRecognizer.completeGesture();
Parameters
This method has no parameters.
Remarks
This method sets IsActive and IsInertial to false, based on the current state of the interaction. Depending on the interaction one of the following events is raised:
- A ManipulationCompleted event.
- A CrossSliding event with a CrossSlidingState of Completed.
- A Holding event with a HoldingState of Completed.
- A Dragging event with a DraggingState of Completed.
Windows Phone 8
This API is not implemented and will throw an exception if called.
