DataWriter.WriteBuffer | writeBuffer methods

Writes bytes from a buffer to the output stream.

Method	Description
WriteBuffer(IBuffer)	Writes the contents of the specified buffer to the output stream.
WriteBuffer(IBuffer, UInt32, UInt32)	Writes the specified bytes from a buffer to the output stream.
