Inserts a file name extension into a collection at a specified index.
Syntax
fileExtensionVector.insertAt(index, value);
Parameters

Zero-based index of the location at which to insert the file name extension.

Type: String [JavaScript] | Platform::String [C++]
The file name extension to insert.
Remarks
Windows Phone 8
This API is not implemented and will throw an exception if called.
