The data for the event.

The OnManipulationInertiaStarting method has no default implementation. Override OnManipulationInertiaStarting in a derived class to handle the ManipulationInertiaStarting event. Be sure to call the OnManipulationInertiaStarting method of the base class so that base classes receive the event.
