Namespace: System.Windows
Assembly: PresentationCore (in presentationcore.dll)
XML Namespace:  http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation

public event DragEventHandler Drop
/** @event */
public void add_Drop (DragEventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_Drop (DragEventHandler value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
<object Drop="DragEventHandler" .../>

Identifier field

Delegate

DragEventHandler

  • The corresponding tunneling event is PreviewDrop.

  • Override OnDrop to implement class handling for this event in derived classes.

This event creates an alias for the DragDrop.Drop  attached event for this class so that UIElement.Drop is part of the class members list when UIElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the Drop event are attached to the underlying DragDrop.Drop attached event and receive the same event data instance.
