RenderCapability.IsPixelShaderVersionSupportedInSoftware Method

Gets a value that indicates whether the specified pixel shader version can be rendered in software on the current system.

	short minorVersionRequested

Parameters

majorVersionRequested
Type: System.Int16

The major version of the pixel shader.

minorVersionRequested
Type: System.Int16

The minor version of the pixel shader.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the pixel shader can be rendered in software on the current system; otherwise, false.

Software rendering is only supported for Pixel Shader 2.0.
