ValueSerializer.CanConvertToString Method

When overridden in a derived class, determines whether the specified object can be converted into a String.

Parameters

value
Type: System.Object

The object to evaluate for conversion.

context
Type: System.Windows.Markup.IValueSerializerContext

Context information that is used for conversion.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the value can be converted into a String; otherwise, false.

The base implementation always returns false.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
