Returns an object that represents the specified public method declared by the current type.

Namespace:  System.Reflection
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

public virtual MethodInfo GetDeclaredMethod(
	string name
)

Parameters

name
Type: System.String
The name of the method.

Return Value

Type: System.Reflection.MethodInfo
An object that represents the specified method, if found; otherwise, Nothing.
Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

name is Nothing.
