The Store Dashboard is where you submit a new app, see how your current apps are doing, and plan your next app.

Accessing your Store Dashboard

To access your Store Dashboard, you must have a Windows Store developer account and be signed in. If you don't have a Windows Store developer account, see Opening a developer account.

Open the Windows Store app Developer Center, sign in, and then click on the Dashboard tab.

Submit an app

To submit a Windows Store app to the store, open your Store Dashboard and click Submit an app in the left menu. If you want to list a desktop application in the Windows Store, see the desktop app developer checklist.

This opens the release summary page from where you can enter all the info about your Windows Store app and upload its packages for certification. To learn more, see Submitting your app.

View your apps in progress

After you create a Windows Store app, but before you submit it for certification, your app will appear in this section of the Store Dashboard. While you are working on your app submission, you can save the info and quit at any time during the process, and continue later.

To go back to an app in progress, click Edit in the app's tile in the Dashboard.

After you submit your app for certification, you can see its progress by clicking Details in the app's tile. To learn more, see How to check on your app's certification status.

View your apps in the Windows Store

Your apps that are listed in the Windows Store appear in the Apps in the Store section of the Store Dashboard. From the tiles in this section, you can see how well the apps are doing, or you can update the app.

To see how an app is doing, click Reports in the app's tile.

To see the app's description metadata, click Details in the app's tile.

To update the app and create a new release, click Details in the app's tile to show the app's description info. From the Release details page, click New release.

We describe the reports and information we provide for your apps in the section, Analyzing your apps in the Windows Store.
