Resizes the surface.
Syntax
HRESULT Resize( [in] INT newWidth, [in] INT newHeight );
Parameters
- newWidth [in]

The updated width of the surface.
- newHeight [in]

The updated height of the surface.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
