How to check on your app's certification status

Here's how to track your app's progress through the certification process, after you submit the app for certification.

Prerequisites

• You must be registered as a Windows Store developer.

• Your app must have been submitted for certification.

Instructions

Step 1: Open the Certification status page

1. Go to your Dashboard and locate the app that you want to track.
2. Click Status below the app summary.

Step 2: Review your app's status

Your app will be in one of the following states:

• In certification

  If your app is still being processed, the certification tracker shows you where the app is in the certification process.

• Passed certification

  If your app passed certification, you'll see the app's summary page after you click Details.

• Failed certification

  If your app failed certification, you'll see the app's certification report after you click Details. See Resolving certification errors.
