PrepareTranscodeResult.CanTranscode | canTranscode property

Indicates whether the trancode operation can be performed successfully.

Syntax


var canTranscode = prepareTranscodeResult.canTranscode;

Property value

Type: Boolean [JavaScript] | System.Boolean [.NET] | Platform::Boolean [C++]

True if the trancode operation can be performed successfully; false otherwise.

Examples

The following example uses this property to determine if the transcode operation can proceed.

        var deferral = transcoder.prepareFileTranscodeAsync(inputFile, outputFile, profile);
