Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the AppBar is sticky (won't light dismiss). If not sticky, the app bar dismisses normally when the user touches outside of the appbar.
Syntax
var sticky = appBar.sticky;
appBar.sticky = sticky;
Property value
Type: Boolean
true if the AppBar will not light dismiss, although the user can still dismiss it explicitly with the edge gesture.
false if the AppBar is not sticky, and will light dismiss.
