Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the control is zoomed out.

Property value
Type: Boolean
true if zoomed out; otherwise, false. The default value is false.
Remarks
If the initiallyZoomedOut option is set to true in the SemanticZoom constructor, zoomedOut is set to true.
Setting the value of this property to the opposite of its current value causes a zoom in or zoom out to be performed (with zoom animation).
