URI Scheme for maps application

The Windows maps application can be launched by other applications that require a location aspect to show the location of an address anywhere in the world, provide directions between 2 points and fulfill a location or business search. Developers can use the optional parameters to extend their applications beyond basic mapping functionality to show detailed aerial imagery or traffic information.

App package block map

The package block map file is an XML document that contains a list of the app’s files along with indexes and cryptographic hashes for each block of data that is stored in the package.

App package manifest

Includes reference topics that describe the schema used for packaging Windows Store apps.

Tiles, toast, and badge schemas

Includes reference topics that describe the underlying schemas used for tiles, toast notifications, and badges.

Schema for Mobile Broadband

Includes reference topics that describe the schema used to provision a mobile broadband enabled device on a mobile broadband network, query subscriber data usage information, or query the results of the last provisioning attempt.

StoreManifest Schema
