Columns Dialog Box
Determines the columns that will be displayed in the window from which the Columns dialog box is displayed.
Available Columns
An alphabetically ordered list of the columns that you can display in the parent window.Displayed Columns
An alphabetically ordered list of the columns currently displayed in the parent window.Add
Moves the selected columns in the Available Columns box to the Displayed Columns box. When you close the dialog box, the columns are displayed in the window from which you displayed this dialog box.Remove
Removes the selected columns from the Displayed Columns list to the Available Columns list.Reset
Resets the Available Columns and Displayed Columns lists to contain the columns that they contained when the dialog box was displayed. Clicking the Reset button also reverses any ordering changes you have made using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.Add All
Moves all the columns in the Available Columns list to the Displayed Columns list.Remove All
Moves all of the columns in the Displayed Columns list to the Available Columns list.Move Up
Moves the selected column up one position in the display order.Move Down
