XmlWriter.WriteStartElement Method

When overridden in a derived class, writes the specified start tag.

Public method WriteStartElement(String, String) When overridden in a derived class, writes the specified start tag and associates it with the given namespace.
Public method WriteStartElement(String, String, String) When overridden in a derived class, writes the specified start tag and associates it with the given namespace and prefix.

Exception Condition
InvalidOperationException

An XmlWriter method was called before a previous asynchronous operation finished. In this case, InvalidOperationException is thrown with the message “An asynchronous operation is already in progress.”
