UIElement.OnTouchMove Method
Provides class handling for the TouchMove routed event that occurs when a touch moves while inside this element.

A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
The OnTouchMove method has no default implementation. Override OnTouchMove in a derived class to handle the TouchMove event. Be sure to call the base class’s OnTouchMove method so that base classes receive the event.
