UIElement.OnPreviewTouchUp Method
Provides class handling for the PreviewTouchUp routed event that occurs when a touch is released inside this element.

A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
The OnPreviewTouchUp method has no default implementation. Override OnPreviewTouchUp in a derived class to handle the PreviewTouchUp event. Be sure to call the base class’s OnPreviewTouchUp method so that base classes receive the event.
