UIElement.OnLostTouchCapture Method
Provides class handling for the LostTouchCapture routed event that occurs when this element loses a touch capture.

A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
The OnLostTouchCapture method has no default implementation. Override OnLostTouchCapture in a derived class to handle the LostTouchCapture event. Be sure to call the base class’s OnLostTouchCapture method so that base classes receive the event.
