CharacterMetricsDictionary.TryGetValue Method

Retrieves the CharacterMetrics value in the dictionary for a specified character code value.

public bool TryGetValue(
	int key,
	out CharacterMetrics value
)

Parameters

key: Type: System.Int32
A value of type Int32.

value: Type: System.Windows.Media.CharacterMetrics
A value of type CharacterMetrics.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the dictionary contains an entry for key; otherwise false.

IDictionary<TKey, TValue>.TryGetValue(TKey, TValue)

Remarks

If the return value is true, value contains a copy of the CharacterMetrics item that matches the key value. If the return value is false, value is set to null.
