The ContextMenuClosing event's identifier.

Event identifier objects are created when routed events are registered (see RegisterRoutedEvent) and can then be used to add class handlers (see RegisterClassHandler). Identifier objects contain an identifying name, owner type, handler type, routing strategy, and a utility method for adding owners for the event.
