ListCollectionView.OnBeginChangeLogging Method

Note: This API is now obsolete.

Called by the base class to notify the derived class that a CollectionChanged event has been posted to the message queue.

Parameters

args
Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NotifyCollectionChangedEventArgs

The NotifyCollectionChangedEventArgs object that is added to the change log.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

If args is Nothing.

The purpose of this notification is to allow collection views to take a snapshot of the information, which is often the state of the data collection, that is needed at the time of the post.
