ListCollectionView.CanAddNew Property

Gets a value that indicates whether a new item can be added to the collection.

public bool CanAddNew { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if a new item can be added to the collection; otherwise, false.

Implements

IEditableCollectionView.CanAddNew

The ListCollectionView can create a new item for the collection if there is no edit transaction occurring, if the collection is not a fixed size, and if the ListCollectionView can create an object of the correct type.
