Gets a value that indicates whether an item can be removed from the collection.

true if an item can be removed from the collection; otherwise, false.

Implements

IEditableCollectionView.CanRemove

The BindingListCollectionView can remove an item if there is not an add or edit transaction occurring, and if the collection is not a fixed size or read-only.
