BindingListCollectionView::CanAddNew Property

Gets a value that indicates whether a new item can be added to the collection.

You cannot set this property in XAML.

Property Value

Type: System::Boolean
true if a new item can be added to the collection; otherwise, false.

Implements

IEditableCollectionView::CanAddNew

The BindingListCollectionView can create a new item for the collection if there is not an edit transaction occurring, if the collection is not a fixed size, and if the collection is not read-only.
