TreeView.SelectedItemChanged Event

Occurs when the SelectedItem changes.

public event RoutedPropertyChangedEventHandler<Object> SelectedItemChanged

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.

The following example shows how to specify an event handler for the SelectedItemChanged event.
