Property Value

The current editing mode of the InkCanvas.

The ActiveEditingMode property indicates the current InkCanvasEditingMode of the InkCanvas. Suppose that the EditingMode is set to Ink and the EditingModeInverted is set to EraseByPoint. When the user uses the tablet pen in its inverted position, ActiveEditingMode has a value of EraseByPoint. Otherwise, its value is Ink.

The following example reports the value of ActiveEditingMode whenever it changes.
