GridViewUpdateEventArgs.RowIndex Property

Gets the index of the row being updated.

public int RowIndex { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Int32
The index of the row being updated.

Use the RowIndex property to determine the index of the row being updated. The row index is often used to retrieve the corresponding row from the Rows collection of the GridView control, which allows you to access the row's properties.
